Nicole Willits is the Strategic Initiatives, Design & Sustainability Manager with more than 18 years of experience translating consumer trends and voice-of-the-customer insights into products that resonate.
Nicole co-leads the Pella Trends team and has been cited in publications such as Martha Stewart Living, The Spruce, This Old House, and USA Today. She has also been a featured speaker at IBS Pro Builder, the International Contemporary Furniture Fair, Fine Homebuilding, and the John Burns New Homes Trends Institute, among other audiences across the U.S. Her passion for the built environment doesn’t clock out at 5p.m. – she has hands-on experience gut-renovating an 1890s home and is currently restoring a 1920s Craftsman bungalow kit home in the Midwest. An avid textile enthusiast, organic gardener, and devoted DIYer, she brings the same curiosity and craft to her personal spaces that she applies to her professional work.
