Michael Gothard

Mike has proudly been a part of the Pella team for over 12 years, building his career on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers and supporting his team. Throughout his tenure, he has developed extensive product knowledge and a reputation for fostering strong relationships, delivering results and embracing opportunities for continuous growth.

Outside of work, Mike's greatest priority is his family. He enjoys spending time with his wife and supporting their four daughters, who are actively involved in softball, volleyball, track, basketball and archery. Whether it's attending games, traveling to tournaments or cheering from the sidelines, he values the lessons of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance that athletics provide.

In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting, as well as watching sports and following his favorite teams. His passion for family, the outdoors, and competition reflects the same values of commitment and teamwork that he brings to his role at Pella every day.
