Meet Matt Percival, who joined our Retail Replacement Sales team in 2023. His experience in sales and leadership spans over 16 years. Before joining Pella, he had a successful career with Scheels in West Des Moines, dating back to 2007.
A proud native of Clive, IA, Matt currently resides in Urbandale with his wonderful family. He is married to Kristin and together they have two lovely daughters, Penny and Presley. When he's not working hard, Matt enjoys spending quality time with his family and being outside hunting and fishing.
