Logan Farwell

Logan has worked in the sales industry for over a decade. His results-driven approach quickly led him into leadership roles, guiding both sales teams and emerging sales leaders. With a background in construction and experience working with various nonprofits focused on home repair, joining Pella of Eastern Iowa was a natural fit. His leadership is rooted in building strong fundamentals, reinforcing daily habits, and fostering a culture grounded in integrity. He is committed to coaching in the moment, providing immediate support, and helping each individual grow both personally and professionally by expanding what they believe is possible for themselves. 

Outside of work, Logan and his wife Veronica are expecting their first child while keeping up with their two black labs, Rosie and Lily. He is also active in local bass fishing clubs and enjoys competing in fishing tournaments.
