With years of experience in customer service and problem solving, Kristen enjoys building relationships with people and helping customers reach their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible. During her time with Pella, she has also enjoyed building relationships with the team and appreciates that every day brings something new! 

When she’s not working, Kristen and her pup spend lots of time with family and friends!
