Originally from Iowa, Kayla Dowell embarked on her Pella career in 2018 as a Replacement Design Consultant, following the completion of the intensive Pella Sales Training program in Pella, Iowa. Immersed in the Pella culture, Kayla gained firsthand insight into the company's core values, emphasizing care for both employees and customers. Her infectious positivity and genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers and team members stem from this deep-rooted commitment instilled by Pella. Her dedication to exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of Pella's products helps clients see their dreams become reality.

Continuing her fervor in her role as Retail Sales Manager, Kayla passionately supports her sales team in reaching collective goals, ensuring an exceptional client experience and driving success. Kayla holds a business management degree from Central College and is a distinguished recipient of the prestigious President’s Award, an annual accolade bestowed upon the top 5% achievers at Pella.

In her time away from work, Kayla loves spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places and being active outdoors.
