John Noel

John Noel is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an AV-8B Harrier pilot stationed in Yuma, AZ. In that role, he served in multiple deployments across the Pacific to Japan, Australia and South Korea. Post-military, he joined United Airlines as a Second Officer on the Boeing 727, later becoming a First Officer on the Airbus 319/320. John joined Pella in 2005 during a United Airlines furlough, starting as an Operations Manager and advancing to General Manager for Operations and Retail Sales. Eventually, he became the owner of the Pella branch in Kansas. Married with four children, John and his family enjoy outdoor activities like snow skiing, golf and cycling.
