Joanna Downey

Joanna enjoys being one of the first points of contact for homeowners visiting Pella's Tampa showroom. Many customers come in with ideas, inspiration photos or questions about replacing their windows and doors, and she enjoys helping them feel comfortable as they begin the process. 

Working behind the scenes and with customers face-to-face, Joanna helps keep projects moving by coordinating appointments, supporting multiple teams and ensuring customers have the information they need. She takes pride in creating a seamless experience and helping Tampa-area homeowners feel welcomed and supported from their first visit.
