Jim Knight

After joining Pella for a consulting assignment, Jim Knight assumed the role of President in 2021. With a background in finance, he has dedicated the past twelve years to operational leadership in diverse industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Aviation, Consumer Products and Manufacturing. Through his variety of work experiences, a consistent lesson learned is the importance of treating people fairly, which tends to yield positive outcomes.

Outside of the professional realm, Jim holds leadership positions on two local non-profit boards — Ronald McDonald House Charities and Music Theatre Wichita. He finds both organizations to be highly rewarding.
