Jim Knight

Jim Kniht has been President since 2021. With a background in finance, he has dedicated the past two decades to operational leadership in diverse industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Aviation, Consumer Products and Manufacturing. Through his variety of work experiences, a consistent lesson learned is the importance of treating people fairly, which tends to yield positive outcomes. 

Away from Pella, Jim holds leadership positions on several non-profit boards — Ronald McDonald House Charities, Music Theatre Wichita and Wichita Children’s Home. He finds both organizations to be highly rewarding. Jim and his wife, Adrienne, are proud parents of two grown children, Austin and Erin.
