Jim Knight

Jim Knight has been our President since 2021. With a background in finance, he has dedicated the past twelve years to operational leadership in diverse industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Aviation, Consumer Products and Manufacturing. Through his variety of work experiences, a consistent lesson learned is the importance of treating people fairly, which tends to yield positive outcomes. 

Outside of the professional realm, Jim holds leadership positions on several local non-profit boards including Music Theatre Wichita, the Wichita Children’s Home and Ronald McDonald House Charities. He finds both organizations to be highly rewarding. In his personal life, Jim and his wife, Adrienne, are proud parents of their grown children, Austin and Erin.
