James Pilson joined Pella Windows & Doors in 2024 as a Trade Sales and Commercial Sales Consultant. He brings over 25 years of experience managing multi-unit sales operations, with a strong background in leadership, performance growth and customer-focused solutions. 

James's favorite part of his role is the day-to-day opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. Whether working with customers or supporting partners, he values building meaningful relationships and delivering results that truly matter. 

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, and you can often find him on the golf course. He values family time and making the most of every moment.
