Isaiah Jones

Isaiah Jones has built his career around leadership, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part owner of New Vision Nutrition KC for six years, he developed firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, business operations, sales, marketing, and creating a loyal customer base through trust and consistency. 

Most recently, Isaiah worked for a large corporation, specializing in consulting with homeowners, identifying their needs and recommending customized technology solutions while providing a high level of customer service. 

Outside of his professional career, Isaiah’s greatest motivation is his family. He and his partner, Kelci, are proud parents to their two children, their energetic two-year-old son, Arzriel, and their one-year-old daughter, Ajla. His family inspires him to continue growing both personally and professionally. 

Isaiah’s competitive mindset and commitment to teamwork were shaped through athletics. He played rugby at the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) before continuing with the Kansas City Blues semi-professional rugby club. Those experiences taught him resilience, discipline, communication, and the importance of working together toward a common goal—qualities he carries into every role and opportunity.
