Charlie Falk serves as a Replacement Sales Representative who helps customers make confident decisions about their homes. He partners with homeowners throughout North Carolina to identify window and door solutions that align with their goals and lifestyle needs. His favorite part of his job is helping find the best solution to every challenge. 

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys hanging with her pups, playing pickleball and hiking.
