Carl Adcock

Carl Adcock serves as Director of Sales, supporting teams across the Virginia territory, including Charlottesville, Richmond and Tidewater. He brings over 20 years of experience in the industry to his role and is passionate about developing people and helping them succeed. What he enjoys most about his role is watching individuals grow professionally, build confidence and reach their full potential. He is also driven by the challenge of growing the business and continually raising the bar, taking pride in helping position Pella as the premier window and door provider in Virginia. 

Outside of work, Carl is passionate about staying active and spending quality time with his family. He has a strong love for sports, particularly hockey, and enjoys both playing and staying involved in the game. He also dedicates much of his time to coaching his children's teams, including his daughter's softball team and his son's ice hockey and baseball teams. In addition to sports, Carl enjoys being on the water—whether boating, water skiing or fishing.
