Brian Jacox

Brian joined Pella in 2019, bringing with him over 30 years of combined experience in retail management and home improvement. Before joining the team, Brian studied history at Wright State and Heidelberg College and held leadership roles at Brinks Home Security, Bath Fitter and Garage Kings. His background gives him a strong foundation for understanding customers' needs and delivering solutions that fit both lifestyle and budget. 

Brian’s favorite part of the job is connecting with customers—and their pets—and collaborating with a team he enjoys working alongside every day. Outside of work, he spends his time gardening, hiking, playing fantasy football and supporting his wife and daughter’s vintage store. Known affectionately as “Grizzly Adams, minus the beard,” Brian has a special knack for connecting with animals wherever he goes.
