For over 30 years, Bob Hall has contributed to the success of Pella North Carolina. He began his career as a Service Manager and has held a variety of different positions throughout his three decades of service. Each role has provided new opportunities and challenges which strengthen Bob’s experience across operations, logistics leadership and customer satisfaction. In his role as Customer Service Manager, he focuses on building strong customer relationships, supporting his team and improving service excellence.
