Austin Weir

Austin Weir is a Retail Sales Representative for Pella Windows and Doors of Quad Cities. After serving in the Army, he brings his problem-solving and collaboration skills to his role. Austin is an excellent partner to his customers as they work together to find the ideal window or door solution for their projects. He loves the opportunity to meet new people and help them achieve their home goals. Austin takes pride in Pella’s reputation and is confident in the quality and craftsmanship of the products he offers. 

In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and stepsons: Elijah and Jeremiah. You can find him cheering them on at their respective sporting events.
