Austin Shaffer

After graduating from The Ohio State University, Austin Shaffer joined Pella Windows and Doors of Columbus as an Order Verification Specialist. In his role, he reviews orders for accuracy, verifies customer information and proactively communicates with internal teams and customers. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him highly successful in his role. 

You can find Austin cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes or the Cleveland Browns. He enjoys spending his spare time on the lake.
