Alex Rivera

Alex was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Kansas City at the age of 7. Adjusting to a completely new environment and language helped shape his appreciation for relationships, communication and making others feel comfortable and understood. 

He graduated from Park Hill South High School and played baseball at Maple Woods Community College before earning a marketing degree from Park University, where he met his wife. Alex and his wife recently married and currently live in the Briarcliff area. 

Before joining Pella Kansas City, Alex owned and operated a health and wellness business in Parkville for six years, where he provided health coaching, managed daily operations and built long-term customer relationships. He later worked at AT&T as a Senior Associate before finding his long-term career home with Pella. 

Alex chose Pella because of its reputation, culture and commitment to both customers and employees. What he enjoys most about his role is meeting homeowners across Kansas City, learning about their goals and helping guide them through the replacement process with confidence, professionalism and attention to detail.
