Quality product and appreciated guidance throughout. Also appreciated custom work to install trim after removing interior sliding glass door as well as installing exterior trim on non pella products so that trim for windows and doors looked same.

Customer service was outstanding

Timeline was quicker than competitors. Price was actually quite a bit higher.

The project asked to be moved out 2 weeks because of a family emergency on the installer. The installer told me the next day that he had a different project that was more lucrative that he was trying to get done. Overall, that made me feel like a non-valued customer to Pella.

The quality of the windows you offer was superior to other vendors out there. I have a lot of contacts in the building industry who build high end homes and they highly recommended your company over others.

The only negative thing was on the first day of installation, the team was delayed three hours and no one called me. I believe that my project manager was out sick that day and no one thought to call me to inform me of the delay.

I liked the description of the finished product made by the salesperson. It was what I was looking for and at a price I could manage.
