I chose Pella for the marketed quality. It was within my budget, though at the top.

The quality of the product and also, I wanted the blinds inside the glass. Pella is the only one to offer this option. The windows and the patio door I purchased have the internal blinds and look great. These products make my home look great and provide excellent protection from the weather.

I was impressed with the sales representative and the installation team. They were professional and quick. The finished look was beautiful. I would choose them again and recommend them to anyone who needs to upgrade their windows or doors.

It's been awhile since we bought windows and we really experienced sticker shock!

Quality and reputation were very important to me.

Excellent experience with a previous product, a sliding glass door.

The installation crew deserves recognition from Pella. Despite having numerous interruptions due to rain, they persevered, and installed the last of 17 windows with the same care and attention to detail as the first window.

They matched our existing Pella windows pretty well.

The first two attempts at installing our windows were incredibly unprofessional. All of the trim got dented and nicked from the nail gun smashing into it. The installers cut the stained trim and installed it with unstained ends visible, and then when I asked about it, said that I could stain it myself. When I asked if it was typical for the customer to do part of the install herself, the installer took the stain, dabbed it on sections of the trim, and smudged stain in many spots all over the freshly painted brand new walls. Not all of the windows had foam insulation completely sprayed. The team didn't install coil on the outside of the windows, even though we had discussed it with the installation manager and while scheduling the installation. The installation manager also didn't order the trim we discussed, so that had to get re-ordered. Ultimately, the 3rd and 4th time Pella came out, they sent a fantastic installer who did a great job. It was just disappointing that it took two terrible tries (they send the same crew TWICE, even after they botched it the first time!) plus many errors in ordering the correct materials, installation process, etc. to get it right. On a positive note: our salesperson was great, and the custom staining of the wood trim turned out lovely.

Cost

Arranging a day off to have the installation completed and having it canceled in less than 24 hours without speaking to anyone and when I did they were abrupt and dismissive. The i reached out for clarification no one responded. No one
