Pella® Lifestyle Series Windows Ratings & Reviews

Already had Pella and was doing replacement

Great team all were very personable and experienced

We had previous Pella products

They initially wanted to install in March in northern Wisconsin when snow is still definitely a factor and when they finally did come the windows were cut back too much and didn't fit properly and they installed the patio doors upside down

Our experience over decades with Pella as well as the design of the doors and windows

Both sales and installation were outstanding. The remaining windows and doors to be replaced will certainly be Pella.

Very happy with the product.

From the representative all the way to the installers - communication was great. Answer all of our questions. Made suggestions. Kept us Informed as to what was going on going on. No cleanup for us as they did it all. Very very happy. You need to buy them dinner for all their hard work!

Price was the factor this time. I like that Pella is Iowa based and am a local/state supporter.

Installation team was very good. Easy going, steady workers that all seemed to know their job. They were efficient. I was disappointed with the crew that picked up the discarded windows/materials. They left a mess of insulation, metal and wood. Overall I'm satisfied with Pella. I might suggest someone calls the customer a few days after installation to check and see how everything went.

Always used the Pella product when we remodeled. Also the sales promotion is very good.

Both your salesman and installer were outstanding. Your installer is a craftsman. He was neat , on time every day and talked to me regarding the plan each day.

Quality product

The only reason we chose Pella is that we installed them originally in the last remodel 22 years ago otherwise your products are grossly overpriced

I will never order Pella products again

Overall look of the Pella window. They are amazing.

The care our installers took in everything they did.

Great windows but big time expensive
