Pella® Impervia® Fiberglass Patio Doors

Pella was the best

Service

They offered the product I wanted AND the professional installation team I needed.

Both the sales experience, on sight visit and expert installation were beyond my expectations.

Yes. Jay came out after install to address a punch list and deliver a couple of things. He saw what I was unhappy with in the trim, agreed with me and set up an appointment with the same install team. I was very happy with them but after a few days I noticed so many nail holes where the fill material had sunk. Jay came with the install team, worked beside then and oversaw the job. The refresh of trim paint was done I am Vety pleased. Top notch representative of your company is Jay. I'd like to commend him to his bosses. Jay's boss is Bryan, the Director of Operations.

Quality and consistency of reputation Chose Pella after research of comparable companies

Initially the salesperson answered all questions with patience and thorough knowledge We didn't feel rushed and it was a very positive experience after planning for so many years to install an entire house full of brand new windows and considering the large cost it felt great to be listened to in exactly what we were looking for in terms of design and overall vision. The ease of the application process for financing at zero percent interest helped make this project affordable. The installation crew and project manager and the staff from the office who helped coordinate and complete necessary documentation signing and scheduling all were fantastic, too. Pella has fabulous products and amazing staff at every stage of the experience. Thank you.

quality and service.

The team that installed my latest Pella windows were very professional and courteous.

Our installer, Sinc, is an awesome human being. He is very sincere in his professionalism and skills. An asset to your company.

They had to climb through a bunk bed to reach one of the windows. We received a $10k refund.

Pella is in my neighborhood and I was assured that I can reach Pella easily.

They had the better window that I needed and the best price

The hard sell, have to buy now or no discount. Felt very used-car.
