We have used Pella to replace other windows in this house

I was reluctant to use Pella again after a previous experience replacing some windows. I received and email about a promotion you were having right at the point when I needed to replace a window. I contacted Adam, explained my situation and concerns and he took it from there. I felt he heard what I said and as a result he made sure everyone else I dealt with were there to make sure this was a good experience. I have no problem with the windows, I think they are good. I would certainly call Pella again.

Yes, Pella is exceptional in its product, presentation, offers, and follow-up. The installation crew was exceptional and efficient and handled themselves on ladders skillfully and confidently. Due to their razor focus on the project, the installation team was able to complete the whole-house installation in the time designated. The windows and the sliding door look great and operate as intended. The Project Lead made himself available to check on the project and communicate with me directly.
