Pella® 250 Series Vinyl Patio Doors

The quality of the windows themselves is terrible.

We chose Pella because of quality, cost and our past history with Pella products as we have Pella Windows in the remainder of our house.

The whole process from start to finish was very positive.

Brand name and cost.

Negative part was that after the installer left I had chosen to paint my own framework. When I started to prepare to paint, I was not too happy about how many dents and nicks were in the wood framework and one corner the wood was split. I used wood putty to fix the areas as much as I could before painting. I then messaged my sales person about it, but he never replied.

Because you are in the top 3 of window companies.

Everything was negative.

Just the finished product! I had some friends over watching football this weekend and they were impressed also. I probably increased the value of my home over 25% of what I paid for these windows! They look super nice! Thank you!

From the representative all the way to the installers - communication was great. Answer all of our questions. Made suggestions. Kept us Informed as to what was going on going on. No cleanup for us as they did it all. Very very happy. You need to buy them dinner for all their hard work!
