Pella Corporation is headquartered in the thriving small town of Pella, Iowa, less than an hour SE of Des Moines, Iowa's capital city. Pella is a unique and vibrant place to live with a community-minded culture. Many of our team members commute from the Des Moines metro area, which has a population of nearly 600,000. We recently opened a satellite office in Des Moines, Iowa, to support commuting team members and attract talent.

Sales Distribution
We believe a direct connection to our customers helps us continue to develop and build great products, offer a world class brand, and provide exceptional service. Pella Corporation reaches customers through Pella-owned subsidiaries and independently-owned distributors.
Our go-to-market approach connects us to all customer segments through our Pella Direct Sales Network, national retailer Lowe's Home Improvement stores, and select lumberyard and building supplier locations across the U.S. and Canada. We work with end customers, contractors, architects, and builders.

Stand-Alone Companies
Pella Corporation acquired Avanti Windows & Doors, Custom Window Systems (CWS), Burris Windows and Win-Dor and Lawson Industries, Inc. Avanti is a leading manufacturer and installation contractor of vinyl windows and doors systems throughout the Southwest and serves many of the top 30 national homebuilders. CWS is based in Ocala, FL, and specializes in vinyl and aluminum impact-resistant products that are designed to meet the most stringent requirements for hurricane zones in coastal regions. Burris Windows is a vinyl window and door manufacturer located near Dallas, TX, where they have served the Texas area for more than 40 year. Win-Dor, a vinyl window and door manufacturer in Brea, CA, sells products nationally and specializes in expansive, multi-panel door systems. Lawson Industries, Inc., located near Miami, FL, specializes in impact-resistant aluminum windows and doors as well as installation for the growing South Florida region.
