There are known issues with the built-in pdf viewer in the Chrome browser. PDF documents will start to open, but only the first page or two will load, the remaining pages will appear blank or incomplete. Adobe browser plug-ins for Chrome, and the 'fast web view' file options are no longer supported.

The available solutions currently include:

• Right click on the document and download the pdf file to your computer.
• Use a different browser that is compatible (Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox).
• Install a chrome plug-in like the one below from the Google web store.
