The quality system at Pella is how we go about ensuring quality and consistency of products for our customers. It’s focused on design, manufacturing and in customer service and support. Testing our products is an ongoing process here at Pella. In addition to our test lab, we conduct accelerated outdoor testing in locations such as South Florida, Arizona, Hawaii and right here in Iowa.
Manufacturing is where our quality system really shines. Before windows and doors are produced for customer use, we prove out the manufacturing operations. Our processes are qualified on the factory floor to help ensure the products are built as designed. We select a sampling of products to test the operation prior to shipping to our customers.
Getting your order right is critically important. One of the ways we do that is by verifying what you ordered is what we’re building. We check things like the physical size, glass type, hardware style, the interior and exterior colors, and many other attributes – so that you get what you ordered.
Part of the Pella experience is working with a network of retailers for your purchase and should you need it, they have service personnel available. So, across the country you have access to professional service if needed.
