It was the homeowners’ love of entertaining that inspired the savvy design change for their contemporary home in Iowa. The couple loved its open floor plan but desired even more space to welcome family and friends. After consulting with our team, it was clear that installing a multi-slide patio door would extend living space out to the deck and create more area for social gatherings.

Custom designed to complement the home, a streamlined multi-slide patio door was installed in the dining room. Its expansive glass panels glide open for access to a covered deck and neatly stack against each other on one side. The results invite the indoors out and the outdoors in while guests move freely in a seamless, uninterrupted flow. Adding to the improvements, new double-hung wood windows were installed to flood the room with light.
