Before and After: From Sun Damaged to Elegant

We updated an old, sun damaged front entry door with a beautiful and durable fiberglass entry door.

Project Details

The owner of this Pepper Pike, Ohio, home wanted to update their old, sun-damaged front entry door. At the top of their wish list was an entry door that could stand up to the sun and didn’t require much maintenance. To meet their needs, we replaced their door with a fiberglass entry door. It is engineered to resist fading, warping and dents and requires very little maintenance. In addition, glass panes and craftsman details draw in more light and admiring glances.

Featuring Low-E glass, this entry door allows natural light into the entryway while maintaining a comfortable temperature. And with a decorative glass pattern, the homeowner can balance natural light with the privacy they desire.

The dentil shelf on this entry door is a hallmark of the craftsman style. Our homeowner wanted to create a craftsman aesthetic throughout their home and adding this small detail has upgraded their aesthetic. This entry door hits all of the homeowners’ needs, and we’re proud of how this project turned out. See more project details from the local Pella Cleveland showroom.
