A Note to Our Customers About COVID-19

At Pella Corporation, we have an unwavering commitment to the safety of our customers and team members. As we continue to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak, we have put extra measures in place to help ensure the health and wellness of our team members and customers.

We are closely monitoring the situation and following the direction of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the local health authorities. We keep our team members updated with information regarding best practices to keep themselves and their families healthy.

At the same time, we are taking action to protect the health of our customers. To that end,we are taking extra precautions with any in-person interactions, including:

  • Practicing social distancing and limiting contact (e.g., no handshakes).
  • Frequent handwashing and hand sanitizing.
  • Accommodating any requests to reschedule in-person appointments for the comfort of our customers and team members.

Although our teams continue to operate, we understand the concerns you may have about sales appointments, deliveries or installations. Here’s how we’re continuing to provide the service you’ve come to rely on:

IN-HOME APPOINTMENTS are available in most locations. We will be limiting personal contact and following the social distancing guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health authorities.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS can also be scheduled to discuss your window or door replacement project.

SHOWROOMS are generally open where permitted, and we also frequently have the option to meet you at the showroom by appointment (as available and in concert with federal, state and local mandates).

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION will continue to be consistent with federal, state and local mandates. If there are any impacts to our production schedules or delivery timelines, we will let you know as soon as we can. If you would prefer to reschedule your delivery and installation, we are happy to reschedule.
