A Note to Our Customers About COVID-19
At Pella Corporation, we have an unwavering commitment to the safety of our customers and team members. As we deal with the threat of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are putting extra measures in place to help ensure the health and wellness of our team members and customers.
We are closely monitoring the situation and following the direction of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the local health authorities. We keep our team members updated with information regarding best practices to keep themselves and their families healthy.
At the same time, we are taking action to protect the health of our customers. To that end we are taking extra precautions with any in-person interactions, including:
- Limiting contact, including handshakes, and practicing social distancing.
- Frequent handwashing and hand sanitizing.
- Accommodating any requests to reschedule in-person appointments for the comfort of our customers and team members.
Although our teams continue to operate, we understand the concerns you may have about sales appointments, deliveries or installations. Here’s how we’re continuing to provide the service you’ve come to rely on:
VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS can be scheduled to discuss your window or door replacement project.
SHOWROOMS will be open by appointment only, as available, and in concert with federal, state and local mandates.
IN-HOME APPOINTMENTS are still available in many locations. We will be limiting personal contact and following the social distancing guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and local health authorities.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION will continue consistent with federal, state and local mandates. If there are any impacts to our production schedules or delivery timelines, we will let you know as soon as we can. If you would prefer to reschedule your delivery and installation, we are happy to reschedule.
