• The team leader will sit down with you and share the schedule for that day and answer any questions you may have.
• The installation crew will move furniture away from the windows and doors to be replaced and cover the area with drop cloths.
• The team leader will give you frequent updates on the progress of your replacement, but feel free to ask questions.
• Upon completion of the job, the replacement team will vacuum the work area, replace furniture and haul your old windows and doors away.
• Finally, the team leader will demonstrate the operation and care of your new Pella products, give you a Pella Owner’s Manual, and answer any final questions.
