Terms and Conditions Regarding Your Two-Night Weekend Getaway Pella Award


  • Your Pella award entitles you, a guest, and up to two children, subject to each individual hotel's policy, with two-night accommodations in a standard room as determined by the Marriott® location you have selected. Room taxes are included in this offer.
  • Check-in must be on a Friday or Saturday.
  • This Pella award covers accommodations and taxes ONLY. It does not cover incidental charges such as in-room entertainment, food, beverages, parking, telephone calls, resort fees, Internet or any other miscellaneous (optional) expenses.
  • This Pella award is administered by Custom Direct International, Inc. (CDI). Neither Marriott International nor Pella, Inc., set the conditions of this award.


  • If you meet the minimum purchase requirements, you will receive an award notice in the mail. This letter will provide you with the 16-digit award number needed for validation.
  • You must validate your Pella award within 60 days of the date shown on the face of the award notice. Reservations may not be made until you validate your award.
  • To acknowledge receipt of your Pella award, please go to pella.com/validate (validation website), and provide your 16-digit award number as well as the email address you prefer to use while redeeming this offer.
  • You will then receive an email confirming your award validation. The message will also provide you with instructions enabling you to select your destination and arrival date.
  • Pella awards which have not been validated on or within 60 days AFTER the date of the award notice letter are void and will not be honored.


  • A link to a list of participating properties can be found on the validation website or pella.com/destinations. The Pella award you have received is valid at participating Renaissance Hotels®, Marriott Hotels and Resorts®, Courtyard®, Fairfield Inn & Suites®, SpringHill Suites®, Residence Inn® and TownePlace Suites® properties. Please keep in mind that NOT ALL Marriott-branded properties participate in this promotion. Only the hotels listed as "participating properties" will honor reservations utilizing this award. Participating properties may change from time to time, at the discretion of Marriott International Hotels Corporation.


  • Instructions for making your reservation will be included in the email you receive upon completion of your award validation. Reservations may be made or changed ONLY through the toll-free number provided at pella.com/validate. Your reservation must be made a minimum of 15 days in advance of your arrival date. Your arrival date must be on a Friday with a Sunday checkout or a Saturday with a Monday checkout.
  • Marriott International Properties require a valid credit card be on file at the time of reservation. Your card will not be charged unless there are additional services or amenities requested or if you fail to check in as per your reservation. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged by the selected hotel for one night standard room and tax at the prevailing rate.
  • After making your reservation, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation by email. Please print a copy of the Reservation Confirmation as it will be required at check-in.
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the Pella award. Cancellations or rebooking requests must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. There is a $50 fee for rescheduling reservations. DO NOT contact Marriott International directly regarding your reservation.
  • Should there be no availability for the property you selected on the date you requested, your CDI Awards award specialist will make every effort to assist you in selecting another location or date.


  • The Reservation Confirmation you received at the time you made your reservation will be required for check-in.
  • Upon check-in, adults will be required to provide proper identification and a valid credit card. Some participating properties may require that the individual checking in be 21 years of age or older. We are not responsible should your check-in be denied due to lack of proper identification and a valid credit card, failure to present your award notice or if you are under the minimum age required for check-in.


  • Pella awards may not be used by Pella Corporation employees, its dealers, their employees or associates for any reason. Attempts to do so will result in the voiding of that award without any form of reimbursement for the voided award.
  • If your Pella award notice is lost or stolen before it is validated at pella.com/validate, it will not be replaced.
  • If your Pella award expires, it will not be replaced.
  • Your Pella award does not have any cash value. It may not be resold nor is it transferable. Pella awards may not be used consecutively by the same recipient. A minimum of 30 days must lapse between recipient's use of multiple Pella awards.
  • Your Pella award may be used in conjunction with extended accommodations at the same participating property. If requested, your Pella award specialist will make every effort to secure and confirm additional nights' accommodations subject to the participating property's prevailing rates.
  • We cannot assume any responsibility for representations made regarding this Pella award by any agent, dealer or associate which are not expressly included in these terms and conditions.
  • This CDI Award expires 12 months from the date on the award notice. Travel must be completed by this date.
  • Marriott International is not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this promotion. The award is administered by Custom Direct International, Inc.
